Limitations

In the last few weeks I've realised how important it is to be able to accept your own limitations and work well within them  It doesn't mean that your are a failure, it means that you have developed the great gift of self awareness.

I'm back folks

Hi, I haven't posted for a while been busy decorating and getting the house all spruced up.  I looked at my website recently http://www.taketherainbow.com/ and felt that I hadn't really put something in the ABOUT ME section that reflected who I am and what lead me to becoming a Life Coach.  Well as soon as I started writing the keyboard seemed to burst into life.  I quickly emailed it to Paulette and asked her to add what I had written.  When I looked on my website tonight and read what I had written again I sat back and felt WOW THAT'S REALLY ME.
